Could CLM be a recruiting threat to LSU?

I see he only has 1 commitment (3*) at KU currently. He’s desperate to put a class together. Does he go back to his LSU recruiting stomping grounds?

I think he will be able to come in and get the guys LSU doesn’t want but he won’t take away Louisiana guys that we want

He will hurt Tech ULL ULM and Tulane more than LSU. Maybe even take some of those 3 star players Miss State and Ole Miss get that stay 4 years and end up being good.

None of this. Les hasn't been a competent head coach for years. He will have no affect, through Kansas football, on Louisiana.

That old hunting ground meme is never as strong as its made out to be. Saban was not all that successful in LA until they begin to win championships.
Miles won't get highly ranked recruits but could get a few who would prefer to play in a power 5 conference as opposed to lower echelon leagues.

Les can recruit and has tons of ties to Louisiana. He will get some players. Not the ones the LSU’s Bama’s or A&M’s want but the ones right below that he will get some.

He will start off getting the three stars and occasionally get a 4 star from Louisiana but if he wins 6 games he will get more and eventually I see a big problem if he wins
