There was a camp video of Palmer floating around this board recently and he looked explosive off the line and ran great routes. By all accounts, even though he’s a 4 *, he seems to be a vastly underrated prospect.

That's how bad arse he is. He can run 4.7 and still be a 4 star.

A dynamic playmaker on the edge, runs strong inside routes, is physical, great speed, quickness on his breaks - He’s the only one in this class I had inside info on and I’ve never wavered that he’d be a Tiger. One down in that parish, two to go.
