No, they were leaked because of people breaking membership priveledge here on TD.

Anything can happen in recruiting, but there are less than a handful of "take it to the bank" type of reliable posters (sources)...and they are seldom if ever wrong..

I that the coaches, by NCAA rule, are not allowed to say anything publicly about a kids recruitment. When Rivals, Scout or some other publication lists a kid as "committed" it's because the source was the kid, not the school or coach. This doesn't mean that things don't "leak" out, but the coaches aren't supposed to say anything.
