Many feel that Jarrett Fobbs will commit within the month, IMO he will wait out Texas an potential additional offers....

Will Texas even offer another player this year? They have a handful of outstanding offers that they will reserve for guys like Seastrunk and Jeffcoat, but they probably can't sign more than 3 or 4 players the rest of the year.
Unless Fobbs just doesn't want to go to LSU, I think it's his best bet.

idk bout you guys, but i was none too impressed with Lynchburg(VA)'s DE Zach McCray, who currently has an LSU offer and(from a recent rivals article)really likes us and UNC..he just looks slower from the point of attack and has trouble shedding off blockers..see what you think

all players in bold italic have offers. The ones without a link are recruits that I consider not likely to commit. If you go look at those players profiles most of them have cut LSU or have named another school a clear leader.

Les Miles and his staff have offered Southwest Dekalb(GA) cornerback Jonathan Mincy a scholarship to play for the Tigers in 2010.
Mincy received the offer from first year LSU defensive backs coach Ron Cooper, who is hard at work for LSU in southern Alabama, Georgia and the Carolinas. Mincy is only the fourth cornerback the Tigers have offered so far for the 2010 class; the others are Tyler Stephenson (5-11/170) of Lancaster, TX, Travis Bell (6-1/175) of Glades Central High in Belle Glade, FL, and Jarrett Fobbs (5-10/175) of Huntington in Shreveport.

Hunter recently named us as the leader for his services. He'll be making a trip with his mother to BR in the near future. I think if it goes well, we might get his commitment on the spot.
