re: CJ Jackson just decommitted from Georgia Tech

Reliford- ain’t flipping
CJ Jackson- we led up until we didn’t went w/ Ga Tech, de-commit now & we aren’t the reason
Shone W- was thought to commit last week & now who knows, we have NO DL coach recruiting him and they(DL staff) has plenty to worry about at the moment
Walter Bob- gave us the run around the first time because of hurt feelings/no grades, went JC route and nobody is clamoring to him now, the reason he was butthurt about LSU the first time.
We have got to get a good DL Coach & a top recruiter is a must, but this all won’t be taken care of til after the season.
CBK has to go get a TOP notch guy(recruiting savvy) and not some old retread that he thinks is already aligned.

Didn’t think he would stick with GT when he committed and hoped we’d keep pressing.

Seems like that’s the case, would be a great pickup.

According to him he is paying attention to LSU, Auburn, Bama, UCF and Colorado but he will hear everybody out. Us getting the first visit against Auburn will certainly help our case and could boost us at the very least above Auburn if not everybody else.

Saw last not 5 star Rushing decommitted to Arizona. I know we aren't in it for him just brought him up because I expect more decommits here soon. I'm hoping it's some players we been after and kept in contact with.

This is situation where we need to go after 1 or 2 kids we were not on their radar, with $$$, period.

Atm did this with Walter Nolan and shemar Stewart. They went from not even in their top 5, or of interest, to throwing a truck at each of them, and getting both. Nolans mom even admitted the security atm provided was too good to pass up. They hadn't even visited the campus yet.

We all made fun of it, and that dline might be the best in the nation now. We can't do it for 5 top 50 like they did, but steal 1 elite kid like this each yr, your elite over the life of your roster build. (This kid as an example, to your point about if dts decommit, etc)

and he'll be on campus this weekend for the auburn game.
