Is he any good, better than any QB that Lsu already has? Probably not better than 3 of them but who knows

He's a backup QB so he wants to go to a place where he is assured he can start. If he feels like he could beat out Brennan he might come here, but at the same time we haven't announced a new OC, so it's all speculation of if be would even consider LSU right now. If we were to get a transfer QB, why get one like Brennan if he isn't even that experienced? I feel like Costello could beat out Brennan, but not Brice. I feel like King offers you something different from Brennan, not Brice.

I'd love for our backup to not be a freshman though, unless Max Johnson is like Sam Howell or something.

Actually, at 247 he was a four-star. Not to mention that there had been a shitload of articles written about Joe Burrow even before he was considering transferring. In addition, all of his spring game performances and a few of his game playing performances were also on YouTube. His junior and senior highlight videos as well.

Quite frankly, Joe Burrow was someone I was lusting over since way before LSU found out about him and when they finally found out about him, I was ecstatic.

I knew Burrow would inevitably be outstanding. In fact, at first, I was kind of disappointed when he initially underperformed at LSU, until I remembered that he had arrived so late and more or less just had the fall to win the job.

Nonetheless, I knew he would inevitably be an above a 70 percent passer cause he was above 70 percent all during his high school career and also his career at Ohio State. However, I did not know he would become a 78 percent passer and a Heisman winner. So Burrow exceeded even my own personal high expectations.

Nonetheless, I had been following Joe Burrow at Ohio State since even before he decided to transfer and had been watching him closely cause there had been a lot of talk even before the spring about him maybe transferring, and when he did, I was praying Coach O would see it and go after him and luckily he did.

Apparently, one of Coach O's sons watched the Ohio State spring game as I did and was just as impressed as I was with him and told Coach O about him.

Uhm...if Ed O didn't have any faith that Myles Brennan could handle the starting job, new transfer QB Jamie Newman would not be at UGA today. Ed O didn't go after him cause he obviously has faith in Myles Brennan.

Meanwhile, if Ed O didn't go after Jamie Newman, then he sure isn't in the hell going to go after Costello, King, or Brice.

Besides Max Johnson and TJ Finley as true freshman QBs and also possible emergency backups, Brennan's backup next season will be redshirt freshman Peter Parrish, who will be in his second season in the program.
