He seemed like a well spoken and perhaps nervous or bashful guy by being in front of a camera for an interview probably for the first time.

My 2 cents-There is room on planet Earth and in the locker room for a gay bro. And he can still be your bro. IDNGAF who you find sexually attractive or what you do in your bedroom and I don’t think kids today who would be his teammates really GAF either. Hardly. But I have had quite a number of young people sitting across the desk from me interviewing for jobs over the course of a many year career and based upon this one video, this guy here doesn't seem like anything unusual or uncommon to me.
I worked out in the greater LA area for some time in the past and interviewed potential employees from 'the Valley'. If you think this guy is soft spoken or whatever you should hear 90% of the men and women from out there.
