I believe so also, we need to get some good ones this year though. Wow wouldn't it be nice to start getting those 6'5/6'4 260 lb linebackers with 4.5 speed!! This defense will be on par with bama soon and with this new OC we will be scoring some points. Finally we will have an OC actually trying to score TDs on every series. LSU also just hired one of the best ST coaches in the country, we could be blocking FGs, punts, pulling of onside kicks, kicking inside the 20 regularly, TOs, and TDs on ST. Imagine a team with all these weapons? O is putting together a championship coaching staff and we have the players here already to win lots of games. With this defense, offense and ST LSU will be pulling in the best QBs, OTs, and LBs in the county once they witness this team. Only a matter of time IMO. What will all the people that complained so much about this hire say or do if this man actually gets LSU in the playoffs year after year and makes Saban quit sooner then later? All EXACTLY what LSU fans have been salivating over. I think the man pulls it off.

True. And him not committing to them earlier in the week in part due to advice from locals and coaches helps. He obviously wants to give LSU a fair shot and has it under serious consideration.
Even if these recruits commit to Bama they can always de-commit later. It could be to secure a slot and see if the hometown schools wows them. Yeah, I know no one suppose to force a de-commit from Bama. But first time for everything LOL!

There are rumors he was going to in order to secure a spot and then family and coaches talked him off the ledge and to take a OV to LSU and give the local flagship a shot. He is being pulled. Pro Bama folks and hanlder(s) on one side and family and coaches who are pro LSU. That is what is out in the grapevine.

Not my generation! I remember us beating Bama four out of five teams at old Legion field and BDS in the 80's. I still recall Faulk running all over them in '97 and beating their defending NC team in '93 when pigs will fly.

Dude shut the frick up. Only losers like you would derail a thread talking about how we're looking like we're gonna pull the number three player in the nation and the number one DT and try to turn it into a thread talking about how we may lose an in state 3* to Bama. Can LSU fans go one thread without bringing up Bama? Im honestly not sure it's possible. No wonder a lot of these in state kids look at Bama, the small dick syndrome so many of you have is astounding

In the past few days a Texas and tOSU insider have predicted him to us. That's big and what I typically look for with these CB predictions. I look at the timeline and trends, and if the school were competing with has insiders that aren't confident.
