Not at all. If you read the thread, you'll see I'm only responding to people who are taking digs at the kid. When I see the majority of foolish comments taking shots at a hometown kid, just adding balance. Kid is a Baton Rouge kid. Hometown kids get my support no matter where they go.

Its weirder to go out of your way to support a hometown kid going to a division rival while sticking it in the eye of the hometown fans of the team you supposedly support.

Nah. I support LSU. I also support a kid I've watched grow up playing peewee ball since 8 years old. I would stick it in the eye of any grown man, who would criticize a kid for his college choice.
