Can't blame Orgeron for kids going elsewhere

LSU recruiting staff did everything they could to bring in Surtain and Goodrich. You smart asses that are being so negative tell us what Orgeron failed to do. He sent the whole offensive and defensive staffs to try to sway the recruits they needed. Picture yourselves having to pursue a wishy-washy high school kid that craves attention. In my opinion it is demeaning to a coach to have to go through this recruiting crap. Why is Aranda and the DB coach not getting blamed for this? If every recruiting failure should be blamed on the HC, then Les Miles should be sued for malfeasance in office. Have a good day.

If Orgeron gets a pass on recruiting, the one thing he was supposed to be able to do at a high level, then why is he even collecting a check? What the frick does he do for LSU?

He failed to convince players he knows what he's doing on the field and by extension running a major P5 program.
No recruiter or team of recruiters can overcome an unqualified coach.

Because he's the head coach. Saban gets credit for pulling all these kids bc of his success/name. O isn't a household name and doesn't win titles nearly every damn year.. Saban/Alabama does. Until he's gone, just get used to it bruh.

He could not lose to Troy or go for it from the 2 inch line, to avoid a bad bowl loss. He could not promote an OC with a history of "fail". Those are just for starters, if you wanna attract top notch players.

You are right, LSU is at fault for bringing in a 2nd rate coach that will drive the program down to pre-Saban level. Can you blame kids for not going to a program that is a hot mess.
