Huge loss if we told him to walk and don’t fill it with the big names that’s littered the board.

I’m still in the Lee > Gaye boat. 4 yrs over 2 yrs.

Exactly why it sucks when you push out instate kids for someone out of state, now we might not get the kid out of state and we gotta play the kid we pushed out every year

It’s 2019 football isn’t about minimizing the risk of a mistake anymore.. it’s about maximizing the potential of gains.. you don’t maximize potential without taking risks on big name players. Who gives a shite if he’s from Louisiana or not... that shouldn’t factor into the decision of if we want him to be a tiger or not

I agree with the 4 years over 2. Infact I was downvoted bigly when I said something about JC guy and 2 years. But Talent wise Gaye could be huge at LSU for 2 years if he stays 2. That's the issue I have with him over not just Lee anyone.

Lee is a nose tackle. LSU has 3 better than him, with hopefully Jackson a 4th.

Why does this board love DL that can’t rush the passer?

I've told people multiple times to stop believing everything that comes out of his mouth or any other so called insiders. I've also said it has been stupid to tell all these 4 stars to look elsewhere when all these other guys are supposedly silents. Alot of people are going to be disappointed like the 5 for 5 year. If the recruits don't come out in public and say they are committed to LSU, don't get rid of other players that want to be here

Exactly, they complain when we dont have a good DL pass rush and then get mad when we don’t sign a DE just like the ones we have now

Just be glad the coaches didn’t take that stance with Joey B. I get what you’re saying but some situations call for a bit of risk.

Agree on all of this. Recruiting is like dating. Why would anyone in their right break up with a solid 8 for a 10, when she wont let you tell anyone because she is feeding you bullshite about wanting the announcement to be special???

We have 2 on our roster and shelvin could technically leave for the draft after this season.

We haven’t had a true NT since shelvin this year and it’s been a world of difference especially in a 3-4 defense. I’d much rather have big bodies that constantly rotate in and out to have fresh legs. Something we also haven’t had in Arandas tenure since this year (even with all the injuries earlier this year).

Any fan can only hope Gaye will be a D Lewis not a T Moore/B Traore.

Technically? I'll be absolutely shocked if he returns after the year he had.

B Traore

Y'all are way to critical of him. He's provided valuable depth for two years.
