And possibly 5 RB commits with Seastrunk???

Only 3 O-linemen who have an average 3.66* rating? really? This is the weak link on our team in case anyone didn't notice.

We have a bunch of O-lineman who are freshman and sophmores now, and we are thin at running back.

Not really. Murphy has a year, Ford has 4 years, and so if you signed just two of the best RBs we'd be fine.

WE NEED OFFENSIVE LINEMEN

Clay Spencer
Will Blackwell
Josh Dworaczyk
Thomas Parsons
Alex Bonnette
Josh Williford
Stavion Lowe
Cordian Hagans
Ben Domingue
Matt Branch
Chris Faulk
Joseph Barksdale
Alex Hurst
Greg Shaw

Those are the guys we have on roster right now, plus the incoming committments. Lots of RS Freshman and sophs on that list who we need to see what they can do. We're not going to recruit 5-6 OL EVERY year.

Because we need RB's more than Oline in this class.

I hope you're counting on the RS freshman on this list to work miracles because the rest of these guys helped comprise of our piece of shite offensive line last year.

We are going to run the Feral Tigers - We have just the Center and two tackles and 1 TE and 2 WRS and then we have the QB and 4 RBs all line up in the back.

Now get this - No one - I mean no one knows who is going to get the ball and what he is going to do with it!!!!!

Exciting times to be in eh!

We are counting on all of them to improves--both the ones that did and didn't play. It's unusual for true freshman to make an impact on the offensive line, so I'm not sure how your plan addresses that short term problem anyway.

So your solution would be to recruit a whole new offensive line and throw out 5 true freshman next year? Yeah, that sounds like a great plan.

Fact is, the o-line performed better, IMO, when Blackwell and Hurst were playing this year. If you want to have a thread on why those guys didn't play more, then we need to go to the Rant and keep this board clean for recruiting talk only.

First, LOL at comparing a list of names that need to fill 5 positions on the field versus 1.

Secondly, as I said, I think we would be more than fine with 2 RBs from our current list of commits, 3 at most if we were able to get Seastrunk.

We are going to move any DL with potential to OL. Have you not been paying attention the past several years? Davenport and Allen are already being mentioned as likely suspects.

The rant also mentioned that Cutliffe was going to be the HC at Tennessee / Barksdale hated LSU and would leave this year / Ware sucked and we should have taken Storm!

Give it a rest - we had issues this year and will remedy that, have good players waiting in line and will be in a good position next year.
