Facts are.. out of state "offers" arent really offers anymore. They are camp offers.

I personally only truly trust Gruss's info. Most reliable source on LSU recruiting on the Internet, he and patroller to a certain extent.

He knew he was the 4th best WR in Louisiana for '14..and probably the 6th best in the state counting '15.
He just didn't want to camp. You of all people should trust Les on this one. He's not going to throw the red carpet at a recruits feet when they show absolutely no interest in LSU.

I think you play hard ball, but you have to sleep good at night with a clear conscious
Sims will get processed if he isn't good enough...if his 40 times is pushing 4.7, he simply isn't SEC caliber...
