Keep telling yourself losing the best OL the last decade is no big deal. I don't know where he's going, gut says Bama but its not a fact at all. Either way this is a HUGE deal.

I think it all comes down to where he feels most comfortable. He visited Bama four times since this spring( known to the public) and twice to LSU... but wasn't there at least one stop off record to lsu's campus?
No one knows jack and I think that's bc Cam and his family (maybe) are the only ones that knows and thats the right way to do this recruiting thing.
Going off what he has said, LSU was the first to offer, the first to recruit him hard, and this is his home state. Regardless of how much Bama people are saying.. their whole premise is off his friend's choice. I think he picks LSU but thats just an observation from afar and a guess.
He has had to "work" to like bama.. .visit multiple times... make a new bond with a new coach who hasn't even made one sidelines appearance officially for bama. This kid is a class act and I pray he chooses LSU, but I won't fault him for making any other choice.

You had it right and then went dumb dumb.
Sims would have gotten offered in the 2010 class. But that doesn't have much to do with this years class. Especially since other receivers outperformed him and he didn't go back to camp.

But I still don't think that Sims committing is as big of a factor as you say. CamRob would have made it clear to Les and Stud that he wanted to play with Sims and it would be a big factor in his recruitment. Unless Cam has known for a long time that he was going to Bama and did everything he could to get him an offer, than I just don't see why he wouldn't have tried to get him a LSU offer.
