Nope

Let's look at the Bama players from LA

Bell- can't decide if he wants to play or not, mediocre regardless
Lacy - Decent back
Collins - not good enough to beat frickin Vinnie Sunseri on the depth chart

Exactly. No big deal here.

I'll admit it's not good. But it's not sooo bad that it will affect either program. Both schools recruit at such a high level, all it is is reloading a position.

I simply can't agree with that. Whoever LSU signs to replace Robinson will be a lesser ranked player, less desirable even according to our own staff. Bama gets an incrementally better player, LSU gets an incrementally worse player. Over time, expecially in a series that has been markes by close games, those incremental differences translate to wins and losses.

In short, it would have been better for LSU to land Robinson instead of Bama. Anyone would agree, I think. And as a rational, objective fan, when something occurs that hurts LSU and benefits Bama, I get disappointed.

$abun is a driver. He gets the most from his players by micro managing and negative reinforcement. However when they get to the NFL and need to rely on self motivation .......they often disappoint .

Well of course, but you can't blame people for being mad at losing a talent like Cam, especially to another team in our division.

If you are going to point fingers at anyone, it should be at Les Miles and coaching staff. LSU has had equal talent to Bama, yet Bama has done much more. LSU had the advantage of being the home school, but Bama has the advantage of success on the field and also success with sending OLmen to the NFL. Had LSU won 3 of the last 4 NC's, do you think this kid goes elsewhere?

I wouldn't exactly call our LT situation reloading. We haven't been the best there till this year.
