I stand corrected.

Do stand by my statement we're not getting our butts kicked in NLA/Monroe.

Well, I guess I do owe the guy I contradicted an apology. For Monroe area only, I suppose we are. For NLA, no.

ETA:
Q- is LSU baseball going to factor into this, and alot/some/very little if so?

He's been told LSU baseball would take him should he commit to football.

Chase getting back in the mix and Marshall likely headed to BR and the WR's we already have he might go elsewhere.

To me, these guys mean zero because they're all WRs and he's not. He's a true APB/Slot.

That's great then! We just have a few backs and wide outs committed so there will be a lot of competition for spots. If they don't affect him that's great because he could be used in really any spot in Canada's offense as you know.

Second that! Bolden would be a household name for LSU fans. His cuts and routes are a thing of beauty and hands like glue.

Turning into the guy you turn to in really any situation! He's not the biggest but plays like he's 7 feet tall. I was beyond impressed and really would be a game changer under Canada! And you can tell the added weight is muscle

Bolden and Keys both are the reason that I was disappointed in 3 rb commits at one time and none of them are elite.

Bolden or Keys or both could easily be apb/slot receivers so I did not want those 3.

One is gone but that is one that I would have liked to have kept for our bruising back.

If one more would decomit that would clear scholarship slots for Bolden and Franklin and maybe even Keys also.

TCU is definitely showing more love than LSU

Of course they are, because they are TCU. They HAVE to and the only West Monroe players they have signed are ones that were not offered by LSU.

I take it that you don't know much about West Monroe's strength and conditioning coach and his program?

Other schools cool with him playing baseball? Can't imagine Sabes signing off on that

Pretty much everyone, but I think slade wouldn't want to play baseball if he were to go to Bama. Playing at one of the top 4 schools in the nation and a really good chance at going to Omaha makes the juice worth the squeeze. So I think he gives it a shot if he goes to TCU/LSU. Even though he's not playing baseball this Summer, he's still ranked higher than he is in football. He's All State in both, but might actually be better at baseball.

This arrogant stance is what allowed TCU to grab a foothold in the area. Hopefully O has changed the LSU stance of basically being lazy in recruiting instate players and saying, "We're LSU. You have to play for us if we offer!".

Weird, not everyone knows who West Monroe's strength and conditioning coach is... Contrary to what you Monroeians seem to think, not everyone lives for WM football. Or even high school football for that matter

The coach he's referencing is Casey Sanders. He was actually a finalist when Moffitt got the job at LSU. Legendary, hall of fame coach, but I agree that not many outside of the area would know that fact.
