He said his coach wants their players to know what they’re doing before their senior year. We have a really good chance but if UGA got an offense I’d be worried he could flip.
His Top 4:
Oregon: Ages away from home. They need elite receivers. 4th in the race.
Penn State: Currently 3rd but they I wouldn’t be surprised if they improve. Much closer to home. They’re pitch is that he would be the face of the program and they are building. Could play early.
Georgia: 2nd in the race. About 10 hours drive away but the problem is that they have no offense. Wouldn’t count out Kirby as he is a terrific recruiter.
LSU: 1st in the race. Spent a camp and a week around thanksgiving here and saw the Texas A & M game. We are far way but he would lead the best offense, play for LSU and be the face of the program. I don’t know about playing time though we will have to see how Parrish, Johnson and Finley develop.

If any of these kids expect to have the same coordinator all the way through college as the one the one that recruited them, then they will be sadly mistaken. If assistant coaches are successful, they move on to promotions. If they aren’t getting offers, then they aren’t doing a good enough job. Kids need to really commit to a school and maybe a head coach that’s willing and able to put together a staff.

2 more CBs for Williams to LSU in the last 20 minutes

The 2 Crystal balls have also been flipped from UGA.

I'm not an interpreter, but that sounds more like he's talking about what he's going to do to college defenses, rather than hinting at any announcement. Not that he wouldn't announce soon, but I don't detect that having anything to do with his tweet.

LSU was a known QB-killing program until this year. I imagine a lot of kids want to see more than a year of prolific QB play from LSU.
They shouldn't need more than a year of it to know that they can succeed here, if they come. You see the system. You see how it works IF it is run properly, by a competent QB. Burrow happens to be a lot more than just competent, but that's beside the point.
If you are a QB, it's on you to execute the system. The system does not need further proving. So, in my opinion, kids either want to come here or they don't. I don't think anyone is waiting to see another year of this offense. It's all about logistics, depth chart, and things of that nature that kids are looking at.
And for some, it's about who shows them the most "love". Whatever they think that means.

We need a stud QB to win us championship. While most 4 star QBs are good, they aren't great. I know, i know Joey is an exception but he is an outlier because he broke several records. Past 4-5 championships have been won by 5 star QBs. Deshaun Watson, Tua, Lawrence were all 5 stars. Caleb can be that dude for us!

U call that a hint?? Well I guess I have no clue about on social media for hinting. I got nothing out of that. Ba clear hint to me would be "I'm signing or committing with Lsu". Now that's a hint and a clear message.

Your'e dead right about that. If it was just a mildly successful offense, I could see kids preferring to see more, but we A-bombed the college football world with our offense.
Our offense has shattered virtually every offensive record in the history of college football. No other team is anywhere close to the offense we have. We have a legit very good offensive scheme that would work in the NFL right now, and everyone else has typical NCAA college football offenses. Our offense is head and shoulders above every offense out there.
The only possible thing I could see that would affect recruiting players on offense is Joe Brady leaving. If that were to happen after this prolific offensive performance this year, that would undoubtedly hurt.

A lot of running and passing outside the hashes.

Have you seen Burrow, you dumbass?
Easy, Hoss...no opinion on Williams either way but Joe's primary reads are between the hashes.

UGA is involved heavily here too. Kirby's bagmen know how to close the deal on these kids.

The problem is it’s not an entrenched system. This is not something Orgeron or Ensminger bring wherever they go. It’s all reliant on one assistant coach that just got here last off-season and could go just as quickly. Once his title is amended and he signs a multi-year deal, I’m sure that will give on-the-fence recruits more confidence, but there will always be rumors of him moving on. I don’t know how LSU gets over that hump, short of 2-3 successful OC hires in a row.

Opinion: Caleb Williams is Jalen Hurts with a bigger arm.
I saw the comparison to Russell Wilson on his 247 scouting report but I don’t think his accuracy or lack there of warrants that comparison just yet.
I think he has a TON of upside. Flashes elite traits and that’s what you want to see.
