Rakim Jarrett- The opening 2019 - CajunPowah
[link=(https://twitter.com/i/status/1126946724726169601)]Rakim Jarrett the opening 2019[/link] Rakim Jarrett is owning dudes at the opening this year, check out the film. Dude's footwork is ridiculously quick, and so are his starts and stops and cuts out of breaks. You also have to consider t...

re: 2021 4* #3 ILB Kendrick Blackshire trending LSU - CajunPowah
First of all this thread title needs to be corrected with his correct name, Kendrick. That's the least that should be done. Aside from that, I've made the same observations that you stated. For a 16 year old kid, it is apparent that he has received some pretty good coaching on how to play ILB,...

re: 2021 4* #3 ILB Kendrick Blackshire trending LSU - CajunPowah
Fact: Levon Kirkland was a 275-280lb inside linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers for many years, and a very good one at that. Nobody can say for sure this kid will be another Levon Kirkland, but the point is that even if he grows larger, it is a possibility he could still continue playing as an...

re: 2021 4* #3 ILB Kendrick Blackshire trending LSU - CajunPowah
Another freakish athlete at LB. Hopefully Aranda and Busch all over this kid with how they will utilize him on defense and what they are going to do to maximize his talent and time at LSU. If there is anybody we can trust for recruiting LB's it's Aranda, and Bill Busch can just out recruit the he...

re: Grown arse man 2021 ILB Kendrick Blackshire 4 star - CajunPowah
Kid is beast like Devin White was in high school. Remember Devin White was a 255lb RB/LB in high school also. Blackshire appears to be a genetic freak as well, and his film footage is very impressive. I didn't realize he had the kind of speed that his film shows. I hope he plays ball here, wou...

re: 5-Star LB Antoine Sampah Has Committed To LSU - CajunPowah
Seriously, we are beasting it up big-time at recruiting. Sampah is a monster linebacker. We are on our way to being in the conversation as a top 3 team. Gotta love this shite. Bill Busch is recruiting his damn arse off. The man is an absolute relentless recruiter. We need to make sure we keep h...

re: Photo of Jarrett commitment - CajunPowah
Jarrett is a rocked up receiver no doubt about that. From his highlights the dude also has some treetrunk legs too. It's obvious he doesn't miss any days of lifting. He is physically ready for SEC ball right now. It's up to the coaches to maximize his ability. I'm pretty sure Joe Brady will ge...

re: Jacobian Guillory to take only 3 OVs - CajunPowah
If we can get Guillory, Roy, Lee and one more 4 or 5 star DE, that would be one of the best D-line recruiting classes we've ever had. Added to Ika, Evans and the other guys coming back in 2020, and we could play with any team out there in the trenches on D....

re: Jacobian Guillory to take only 3 OVs - CajunPowah
He would be part of the DT rotation, to one degree or another the minute he stepped on campus. Trying to run inside while Jacobian is in the game ought to be like running into a brick wall. If you've seen this kid, you will notice he is NOT a 330lb fat kid, he doesn't really carry any bad weig...

re: Jacobian Guillory to take only 3 OVs - CajunPowah
That's good news. If there is one D- lineman for 2020 that it a must get, Jacobian is that guy. Dude is a total freakshow as far as brute strength and power goes. A 725 PR for squats, this kid is as strong or stronger right now as a Jr in high school than 95% of players in the NFL....

re: Elias Ricks - “News Coming Today” - CajunPowah
Further evidence that the changes to our offense that are going to be implemented by Joe Brady are real this time. Will be awesome to see a legit short and medium passing game as well as the capability to go deep....

re: HOLD THAT TIGER! LSU Lands 4* WR Jermaine Burton - CajunPowah
This kid is a freak athlete, plays a physical game, and doesn't go down on first contact. Now let's go out and get Latrell Neville for 2021. Our pass offense is going to improve by miles with Brady bringing his innovative concepts with him. Even in the spring game, where we showed very little...

re: Elias Ricks training - CajunPowah
People that actually believe this are why the rant is constantly in meltdown mode
Effectively, in this case means with any consistency, tool. If teams can throw on a defensive backfield with the caliber of DB's we have right now, something needs to be changed. As I said prev...

re: Josh white Commits!!!! - CajunPowah
Does White have the frame to bulk up to 230-235lbs and hold that weight without losing speed? That's the only question there is no clear answer for just yet....

re: Elias Ricks training - CajunPowah
No team should be able to throw on us effectively at all, with or without a pass rush. We got no excuses, we have NFL 1st round talent throughout our defensive backfield. It's time to flat out dominate fools with all this talent. Plus, with all this talent we do have Raymond and Busch, who are ...

re: Elias Ricks just tweeted this out - CajunPowah
Upper body strength means nothing for a cornerback, their legs have to be top notch. That’s where speed and power come from. A prime example is the great Fred Smoot. He couldn’t throw up 1 rep of 225 at combine but he he obviously had great legs and we see how his career turned out. [/quot...

re: Kayshon Boutte - 2020 - CajunPowah
This kid is has everything but height, and that's not a detriment in the NFL AT ALL. He's going to be great for us.
What the hell are you talking about?? His Hudl page has him listed as 6'1" 190 lbs. That is definitely tall enough to play WR in the SEC, and in the NFL for that matt...

re: Receiving core will be Rediculous next year - CajunPowah
Giles needs to have seen his last playing time on this team. Good guy from all accounts, but he is not a good enough player to warrant any playing time with the receivers we've got now....

re: Hopefully one day these young men will learn we can beat Bama if they choose LSU - CajunPowah
Never said anything remotely similar to that. I said we need to develop a mindset of not being afraid to play anybody. I must have missed the connection between that and being a gangsta. You don't have to be a thug or gangsta to have mental fortitude. Being a thug or gangsta doesn't make one ...

re: Hopefully one day these young men will learn we can beat Bama if they choose LSU - CajunPowah
Our gameplan appeared to be to try to run the ball to setup the pass, but when you cant run the ball effectively at all, we were forced to drop back every play and throw, and even good NFL teams cant beat good defenses living that way. Once we were reduced to trying to throwing the football on vi...
