He’s not a coach himself. Just grew up with quite a few guys that are now head coaches at some major high schools in east Texas. He keeps up with recruiting but he is a Longhorns fan.

While the records are similar, Sumlin is a better coach than Jimbo at A&M. Sumlin had lesser teams and better offenses. Jimbo is only out talenting teams in order to get to bowl games.
