Thats why I cant understand the 'lying' part..Miles has been a class act since coming to BR and i stand behind Miles until he proves anything other than trustworthy.

Couldn't it be as simple as one of the staff other than Miles, said that he would start(not a promise, but an opinion), and Miles, being the one to say that RR will be given every opportunity to earn PT. That could be interpreted as a betrayal of previous "perceived" promises.

Questions

What might be Dad's problem with LSU. Old feelings or problems with current staff?

Could Dad be expecting Reuben to go pro early, and doesn't want to wait the extra year? With multiple upperclassmen, it will cut into his PT his first year. This may explain the Benton contingency. I know OU and Ala both have returners, but not like LSU. OU has a proven(understatement) QB. One year with a returning Heisman would do wonders for his development and his exposure. Plus, what if Bradford wants to try for THREE Heismans, or to win the elusive NC.

I fear the OU option is Dad's choice. I'm not sure I wouldn't agree with his logic, as much as it hurts. But, there are other factors in play that Dad doesn't FEEL. I hope the heart wins out.

We hear that his dad really likes OU. He was the one that, reportedly, picked up Stoops for the in-home visit recently.

We've been a longshot for sometime now and around about the same time Randle's dad has a falling out with Bradshaw and people start getting the vibe that he doesn't like Lester OU leaps firmly in the picture with two in-home visits by Norvell and Stoops to the tune of about 9.5 hours in the last couple weeks...you have a real concern about OU.

I still say he signs with LSU, but we'll take him.

that is my guess, that OU's strategy was to make the father feel important, whereas LSU (and Bama) focused on RR...not a bad strategy if you're on the outside looking in.

I recently read an article about his dad working at the local toyota dealership. I hear the dealership in Norman is hiring(I don't know if Bomar is still there or not) I smell a conspiracy.

RR's Dad = USED CAR SALESMAN!!!!!!

,,,,,,,what's so sad is that he is using his son in this manner.

I've really had enough with this $hit and am about done, let him send his son wherever he f'ing wants to, if Ruben is that naive, how sad for them!

We'll be FINE with or without him!!

No no. I'm pretty sure the job is with a credit card company.

I agree with you here. If we take off the purple and gold glasses. If he wants immediate production, his best bet is Oklahoma. They are replacing two starting wide receivers. If he grew up as a diehard LSU fan, I don't think its an issue

Perhaps Mr.Randle has subscribed to the Mustain School of Football Recruiting. If so, one hopes he goes elsewhere.

I was watching todd Mcshae last night on ESPN. He ranks Oklahoma as the best place to go for a wide receiver to have an immediate impact. States they have the best throwing QB in the country and are replacing 3 wide receivers. I was hoping Randle wasn't watching. He also rated Texas as the best place for a RB and Alabama as the best for a QB.

Or play for a QB that throws more INTs than TDs.

I love the assumption that a player must not want to win a national title if he doesn't choose to go to a team who just finished 8-5. Come on guys! I'm hoping more than anyone that Randle becomes a Tiger, but if he doesn't, I do not think it has anything to do with him not wanting to win a Big Game.

We saw what Big 12 QB's and WR's can do against defenses from other conferences in the bowl games.

You only registered to the site today to flame?
