Definitely not a good look for the A&M AD. Any other line of work and you would deactivate their facilities and systems access then walk them out.

I have been to Syracuse and its pretty nice place and they have a lot of support from community and a large fan base.

How so? He's going to Syracuse and all trips are on their dime. It's OK for Elko and co to recruit but not him? We've been throwing lame ducks(better be) out on the trail.
