No it doesn’t count. If he would’ve left and come back maybe but he’s not a new addition from the portal.

Since he never actually transferred...no. However, since he didn't transfer he also does not count as 1 of 7 possible replacements.

No. He was still attending LSU. He isn't transferring in, he's simply withdrawing his name from the portal.

Admittedly I don't get the cultural reference but I could get behind the name "Nighthawk" for Brennan (just because it sounds cool) like we did "Honey Badger" for TM.
