I’ve also heard the opposite of some of the things mentioned in the op.

One thing is certain, he’s on a team loaded with prospects and they’ve all been seen. He isn’t under the radar.

My kid plays football for Ponchatoula. But yes, I've never seen him play.

I hope he takes it, and proves to be all he can be. Dude is special. Just needs the push.

That’s great about the PWO offer. Obviously he’d be a great addition.

But, is his family able to pay full tuition? Any chance he receives academic scholarship money?

I only ask these questions because he has full scholarship offers on the table from other in state schools, and the only way I’d turn down a free ride is if I/my family was able to handle the financial burdens that come with enrolling in school without a scholarship.

Pwo usually means they end up somewhere else at some point in the process
With transfer portal you don’t know how many smaller schools will sign though
Who knows

Hopefully someone at LSU is selling him on the Jack Mashburn story.

Amorion Walker? If so, kids solid. He is tall, fast, and makes some pretty clutch plays. I think he could work on his down field blocking, but at this level, they all can.

Ahhh man I don't know about that kid. Thought we were talking about Ponchatoula kids, since the topic was about Braydon Johnson.

I assume Chalky was asking about the Ponchatoula kid and just got the names mixed up.

I probably should have replied to him.

Scone just said he thinks LSU is getting three players from Ponchatoula including Johnson.

Matthews, Johnson, and Walker?

The Walker kid does not belong on an LSU roster.

Mid Season Higlights

Obviously he has had many big games and plays since, but it gives you an idea.

Season stats: 187 carries for 1655 yards (11 games)
Also he only played in the 4th quarter once all year

I’ve seen Braydon Johnson play 20+ snaps straight on offense and defense and had to be helped off the field in full body cramps after the game was won on the final play.

I’m not sure what plays he takes off when they are beating nearly every team by 40, but that kid is an absolute warrior on the football field

That hit he took against Hammond and then slammed the guy down was as impressive as the pick and dragging the Ehret player into the end zone.
