This may be to counter DT QBs. Reed and Milroe scorched us this season. Zion Williams is 6'4 342 so Baker and Bo are likely modifying scheme to fit what Bo wants in DL and Baker wants in pressure. With more talent at the DB spot, we need to ensure teams don't run on us from the RB or QB position. Maybe we do more 3-4 with all of the LB talent and stand up Cobbins, Shanklin and CJ Jackson.
It allows Baker to be more multiple with his schemes.

I'm just pointing out that 340lbs DTs don't grow on trees. Baker has schemed a certain way because of what players he had available to him. I'm saying if we add Mitchell it's another option and look Baker can use in certain situations. He's as versatile of a DC as we've had.

possibly.. one thing that we do have to figure out, no matter what is how to stop dual threat QBs, b/c we got absolutely smoked by them this year

No doubt. I forgot about Sellers too. If he doesn't get hurt, he's probably still running.

Please don`t get to excited about this guy we`ve been told by a couple of
posters these are 2nd rate players.BK still sucks no matter what he does.
LSUs future sucks and won`t be better until BK is gone and Kiffen or
Lincoln Riley takes over because they are so much better.
