LSU has 3 RB commits...one of which is in a similar mold as LS. Would it really be that shocking if he skipped LSU?

I think AU is in it more than people know, especially with Reed committed, IMO. I believe hes going to stay somewhere close to home.

I still think he's coming to LSU. No inside shite, just a feeling. All this Oregon BS has me confused though

It shouldn't...he fits Oregon's scheme perfect. If he doesn't go to LSU, I think that is his best choice.

No I'm not saying it doesn't fit his scheme, i just had no idea that Oregon was on his radar until a little while ago. I always thought the main players for his sig were (in no order) AU, LSU and USC.

Hope we can pull him, though

Nobody knows what LS is thinking. Hes always had a so called favorite...and people were just basing that on what he'd say in interviews.

I'll say this about LS...it always seems like, "well AU is the in lead now". Now its, "nope, no chance he goes to AU now" what AU fans are saying. Same thing for USC. The only team that has ever stayed consistent in LS talk...is LSU. But I think LSU hurt their chances when they picked Gore/Blue up and lost Porter. I think before that point, he was coming here. If we snag Reed...I think that helps our cause with him.

Lache liked Oregon before AU showed up with Reed as a recruiter.

I know you aren't as close to Trovon, but do you think with Davis out of the picture and LSU's two new assistants leading the charge in recruiting him that he could switch before signing day?

Thanks again, and pretty much figured as much with Reed. Not saying it because its sour grapes, but with next years crop, Reed isnt as big of a loss to me. I know we havent heard much of Chris Tolliver just yet, but I figure between him and maybe John Williams we will hold off until Jarvis Landry or Slyve gets here hopefully. Reed seems like a good guy as well, and I wish him great luck except against LSU.

So I guess he's going to AU or OU, unless it's USC. Check back in a week or so I guess

Well, I'll say this, if LS is planning to commit to LSU, you have to think that their is a VERY strong probability that the LSU coaches do not know about it.

If the coaches knew LS was going to sign with LSU, do you think they would have continued to pursue Blue as their 3rd RB. Does this class really need 4 RBs, especially when we already have 2 RB verbals for 2011 and expect more?

Blue or Gore would be kicked to the curb, if Lache decided to come to LSU. But Blue is probably a LB, and he may not qualify. . . so there you go.

Playing your cards (what knowledge you have) close to the vest for Lache until NSD.
