If you were a cornerback transferring to LSU, considering what LSU is returning. . . I have to have respect for how big your balls must be

I remember post, just like this, about Joe Burrow possible transferring. WE ALREADY HAVE OUR QBs!!!

Such a huge difference comparing where we were at with the QB position in 2018 and where we are with our CB’s in 2020. The kid from NC St may be really good but I have serious doubts he would improve our CB room. Our QBs in 2018 were average at best and that’s being generous. We probably could have thrown a dart at the Transfer Portal QBs and come away with someone better than McMillian and Narcisse. Myles was nowhere near ready to be the starter.

What s the deal with him?
Are they looking at him just as depth or do they actually think he could start.

If he isn't going to push for starter, then I wouldn't waste the scholly

He has offers from USC, Aburn, LSU..and others.

Seems pretty damn legit

With Burrow gone, it's expected Myles Brennan will slide into the starting role. But behind him is a pair of freshmen. Why not bring in Ramsey, let him compete for the job and improve the quarterback room?

It’s almost as if they, and you, actually have no idea who we have in the quarterback room.

With the offers he has I have to assume he'd be a pretty good get. During our run to the championship last season we had 4 tackles play significant time. Charles, Deculus, Traore, and Rosenthal. It would be nice to have that sort of experienced depth this year to cover for injuries, weed jail or whatever.....

He had 300 pass blocking snaps wi th only 3 pressures
Other people on that list were will Hernandez and Quenton nelson

My advice to McCloud is to not try and just come in and think that playing time is going to be available in the LSU defensive backfield.....

If McCloud were to come to LSU he would come as a safety. He is 6’ 1”, 190# and as a junior had 51 tackles and 8 passes defended with a couple of interceptions. With those tackles and passes defended he played more as a safety. It unbelievable a CB had 51 tackles. Evidently he is a very smart player and Pelini likes smart hard tackling safeties So IMO he would be a good fit. I wish we could get him before spring practice.

LSU does not need a CB or a QB.. if we take a QB transfer it is a really bad sign as they would be saying that Brennen and Parish cannot get it done.

i think we should grab that Youngstown DE and that NDSU OLB

both are perfect fits in a 4-3 at positions we need more bodies

Flott is a freaking beast

knew he would be good after stingley told me that Flott was super underrated and is gonna play a ton as a freshman

It is my understanding that LSU would like to sign two transfer OL and an OLB. So far LSU has offered grad transfers Brandon Council, OT, Akron and Jabril Cox, OLB, NDSU. Nothing solid yet but it looks like we're headed in that direction.

I don’t get all the transfer QB interest frankly.

If we take two OL, I assume one would be a center.
