Have you watched him play? He's not good period and has a long ways to go. Plenty of big time blue chip QBs that go to college have all the tools and it never molds out. LSU not in a position to rent a QB and develop them. We need to win immediately with the best we can get and he's not that option right now. This isn't a situation like JD coming into LSU on a rebuild. We need to win NOW.

What people say this? He’s a serviceable QB and a good kid but he’s not even close to being the best QB to come out of Shreveport, much less his own school.
