I don't fault him for wanting to leave BR. Make a life somewhere else, why not? He better hope he pans out though. If you spurn LSU and try to come back home after football, nobody's gonna hire you. People remember things like that. Rickie Collins could come back home, he was a Tiger for two years. Kardell Thomas could come back, he tried to make it work at LSU. Going somewhere else right out of high school? Nah, the positions been filled, sorry.

If we go on a playoff run and are competing for a Natty the buzz will be tough to turn down.

I seem to remember Bryce Underwood and DK Moore making similar statements after committing to LSU. If you’re willing to shell out the cash, no one’s recruitment is over

Ohio State and Michigan aren't afraid to pay their recruits big money

Everyone here hates to hear this but if I grew up in BR, I would insist on getting out of there. I love LSU but living in BR will never be on my bucket list.
Sorry.
Sorry.

kid's Dad said he heard from Ryan Day more than any coach on LSU's staff.
So not only is he chasing the biggest bag, he's one of those insecure kids that needs the coaches to show him the love? Either that or he's playing the game. Any way you slice it, this kid would be a problem LSU doesn't need. Give me a 4* that wants to be a Tiger.

Great. Pull his offer & focus elsewhere. Shut it down, just like he said.

I remember when Kade Phillips “shut it down” a week before flipping to texas on signing day

No one is making these kids spend the rest of their lives in BR. They can go to LSU and be free to live wherever they’d like.

I doubt he knew that. Why don’t you send him the DVD?

Nope. I’m judging a kid for what he values that creates that strong “relationship”.
