I realize that the Aggies have $$$, but if their next hire turns out to be mediocre as well, the amount of $$$ wasted would be hard to fathom.

Kiffin isn’t a good recruiter but a better coach than Fisher. Would probably be a slight upgrade.

The amount of money that’s being thrown around is obnoxious and makes me not really care as much as I used to. I have a feeling they felt the program was slipping especially with some of there high profile recruits decommitting or considering flipping to other schools. They made this move to keep their class in tact. I may be in the minority but I’m not excited about this.

When kids flip from LSU it’s a clean cut straight to the school they’re flipping to. LSU 95% of the time when trying to flip someone is like pulling teeth to get them to flip, and always ends up in a dogfight with a school that wasn’t in it from the start lol

Ya this is good and bad. They trying to get in front of early signing day. I’m just hoping they aren’t targeting, say, urban Meyer. Why else fire him this early after a blowout win. I think they have a guy
