Please add a ? on the title when asking questions. Thanks

Became friends with Reuben Randle’s brother during his recruitment.
Cool guy.
That’s when I realized most people here with “inside info” are full of shite.
The stories that came out of why he choose LSU and how long he was commited were 90% fabricated.

I stick to those with good track records.

My favorite is from back in the late 90s when LSU gave Jason Green a scholarship in order to get his brother Jarvis. Jarvis and Jason told the story of how they once destroyed their momma's living room fighting . . . over the last piece of pie.

When Will Muschamp's private plane on a late night flight accidentally flew him back to the Republic of Colombia instead of Columbia,SC and totally hid it from the media.

I've always loved how ballsy Tyrann Mathieu was. He was an undersized kid who was invited to an LSU camp with little fanfare....really kinda an after-thought. There were much bigger fish at the camp who the coaches planned on paying much attention to. Early in the camp Tyrann runs up to the group of coaches on the sideline, gets down on the ground and starts banging his hand on the ground while shouting something along the lines of "My name is Tyrann ...I am here...Watch me...Watch what I do...I will dominate....I am here....I am Tyrann Mathieu"

and the rest is history

Mathieu killed it at a Tennessee camp earlier, got the best of Jarvis Landry in 1-on-1's.

Holy shite...haven't thought about either of them for awhile. Both at the same CC in Iowa, and neither eligible.

They chose poorly...use it, Ed.

Heard a story that Levell Edwards of BYU came to Louisiana to recruit a kid in the 80’s and he expected see gators just running around in people’s yards like a dog.
