Agree. Brian Kelly stated during his presser on early signing day that we would get between 10 and 12 from the portal. This was before anyone announce they were transferring, so there were only 2 or 3 spots then. How would he know 10-12 from the portal if this wasn’t expected and being planned? He said specifically that they were talking NIL with existing players also. It’s like nobody listens to what they don’t want to hear.
