This. Kid only played like half the year at DT after switching from OT and had 77 tackles and 5 sacks.

I don't expect any. I agree with Sunny though. If anybody commits, it will probably be one of those two.

Don't know for sure but I have the feeling someone commits by Tuesday. Maybe Herron if he holds to his timeline(this could hinge on our staff being willing to take him; not based on talent but based on his apparant want to still look around a bit) but I'm thinking someone else.

I hope we offer Melvin. I think he is a must have in my eyes. If DeSean or Herron or even Melvin(if offered) commits itll be a great weekend!

I understand that we have Lbs higher on our board than Melvin Jones. We also have DEs higher on our board than Melvin Jones. We also have DTs higher on our board than Melvin Jones. We probably have fullbacks higher on our board than Melvin Jones.
But isn't it enough that he could be on all those boards in the first place? He reminds me of Melvin Ingram from SCar. Can contribute from several different defensive positions and on special teams.

Have also always liked Melvin Jones & nice to see he will be there this weekend.
It looks like a pretty good group and it seems like another really important goal is to be sure Rettig is fully appreciated & as much as possible is done to keep him a Tiger commit.

I wonder if Paige is visiting just out of respect for the coaches or if he has a real sincere interest in us. We are closer to his home than Tuscaloosa is. I would love to be able to get this guy. Pensacola is an area we should have a much stronger presence in with our close proximity.

Gotcha..well I know people were saying the same thing about Jeremy last year before we thought he would actually commit to us. We thought he was all Ole Miss
