They only had 2 Top 100 overall players in their class and 1 signed pro. So they only brought in 1 Top 100 overall player, ranked #56. They only had 3 more players ranked in the Top 300 as well beyond that.
They only ended up with the #16 overall class in total points (bringing in 16 players which is on higher end overall, of the Top 100 the average number of freshmen coming in is 13.7). If you sort PG Top 100 overall classes by average points rating per player they only ended up #25 overall.
So honestly it's a pretty weak class for Arkansas overall. Not one of van Horn's better efforts.

We just easily out recruited them for 2024 if you look at the quality of the freshman classes, especially factoring in JUCO/portal where we easily beat them.
For 2025 we have 13 Top 100 commits on PG rankings right now, they have 2. Our average player point value is 11.56, theirs is 6.32, so nearly double as good. The 2025 classes arent even remotely close in comparable.

Thanks for the info. Used to seeing Van Horn recruit better. Happy for them to have a down year in recruiting. They did grab some good arms out of the portal.
