Bama Taking 30 Recruits? Fans Penciling In RR

I went over to Tidefans and checked out their recruiting board to see who they thought they'd end up with and it was really interesting.

Here's a synopsis:
They all think that they'll get Rueben Randle.
Some predict BOTH Randle and Kelly.
Many are predicting that Bama ends up with the #1 class.
They are predicting a class of 30 (after signing 32 last year). More attrition is expected.
Saban is god.
Some also predicting Janzen Jackson and William Campbell.
It was quite a read. If you are bored with our current speculation, check out what the Bammers are thinking.

I would love to get Campbell. He is in Tuscaloosa this weekend with Trent Richardson, AJ McCarron, and Reuben Randle just to name a few. There are a lot of recruits in Tuscaloosa this weekend. Saban cut his presser short today because he needed to get back to the recruits. Julio Jones is assigned to RR for the weekend. Jones is serious about getting better as a football player and will be awesome next year. I don't think we will get RR but it would be awesome to see them lined up opposite each other on the same offense and on the field at the same time. Talk about a DB nightmare.

Honestly, those are recruits that have listed as in their final grouping of schools. Any Bama fan that has any sense realizes we don't really have much of a shot at Jackson, Smith or Campbell...

I think we do have a shot at Campbell. He is from Michigan and so is our special teams coach and that is how we got mark Ingram. We have a Michigan pipeline starting to form like the one into Louisiana.

No, but that would be a refreshing change. Bama fans are generally MUCH more optimistic than LSU fans. We still expect to fail so we pizz on our coaches whenever we see any possible weakness.

Most, such as myself, are realistic. We try to keep the mood optimistic in tone and there is nothing wrong with that.
If you were to ask us LSU fans where RR lands, pretty much everyone would say they have no clue and are scared shitless that he might not go to LSU.
You bama fans on the other hand think you get every recruit you are recruiting, even those that are incredible long shots and are committed to other schools. Anyone that thinks William Cambell goes to Bama is completely retarded; hes going to Michigan.
every bama board out there is a kool-aid tea party, everyone is delusional and everyone thinks Saban is god...its pathetic

most believe we will get debose, loston, and mingo. some think we will or will not get randle, montgomery and jones. most believe campbell is alock to michigan and dye and ray ray are locks to miami, with some hoping dye doesnt get into miami

the only ones that any knowledgeable LSU recruiting person thinks we get as of now are: Loston, Debose, and Mingo
we feel good about: Montgomery, Sua'Filo
we feel alright about: RR
we pray we get: Jarvis Jones
we know Miami will probably get Armstrong and Dye but we are in second an maybe we get them

I like your realism scoop but there is still a lot that will play out with Randle and its no lock he goes to LSU.
Loston, Debose and Mingo on the other hand are locks.
