Unless someone has done something to have it revoked, then everyone deserves respect and cordiality.
Oh wait, I guess because I happen to be a fan of a different team then common courtesy doesn't apply to me?

He will nto leave Alabama for another college job at this point. I think if Miles left for Mmichigan last year we would have lost him but I think he stays at BAMA now until he retires. I know there are a lot of people here that will disagree but I think it is because they hate the fact that he is at BAMA not because they are being reasonable. He has no reason to leave BAMA. BAMA is one of the top 5 coachig jobs in the nation no matter what some people may say or think. He is at the premier program in the southeast.
I think Saban would consider leaving for USC, Texas, or Florida. Alabama WAS the best job in the Southeast before Spurrier. The state of Alabama has nothing on Florida in terms of population, recruiting, money, and tv market. With this being a fact, I doubt Meyer is going anywhere anytime soon, but if he were to try his luck in the NFL, I think Saban would make the move in a heartbeat.
Texas seems an unlikely fit because Mack Brown is not going anywhere. They, like Florida, have the advantages of population, recruiting, money, and tv market. Texas is obviously a huge state and UT is still the king there. I think he would consider a large offer.
The most likely destination for Saban would be USC. If Pete Carrol leaves, I think Saban would be gone so fast it would make your head spin. He would instantly own everything west of the Mississippi. No one in the PAC-10 would be able to challenge him and, with no NFL team in LA, he would be THE MAN in the biggest tv market in the US.
I don't think Saban would consider Penn State, Notre Dame, Michigan, or anyone else than the three teams listed above.

I will give them Dre Kirkpatrick, Bobbie Massie, Tana Patrick, Montez Robinson and Brandon Moore for sure.
They wont get Branden Smith, the guy will be at Georgia and if not Georgia, then he will be a Gator. And isnt Janzen Jackson committed to LSU? Reuben Randle is a mystery and I think LSU gets him but William Campbell is a Michigan lock.
