Guess what guys, we got Joe Burrow through the transfer portal BECAUSE we had a spot available from that recruiting class. I'm not saying we will have lightning in a bottle again, but we have a GREAT class that filled needs with flexibility moving forward. It would have been great to get Burch, but the reality is we have a class over 300 with spots available for transfers.

It would not shock me to get a seasoned LB from transfer. Just to add some experience with the position, or another DE whom might have played in a 4-3 last year.

No idea, but one thing is for sure...he fills needs and gets elite talent. He's learning as this is still a new process for everyone. I have full faith he will figure it out and has great backing from the TAF and the athletic department.

we Will see if there are juco ‘a or grad transfer to fill out the class like we found Burrow, Lewis, and others. May have 28 spots next year. Will probably sign CamRon or Lorandonif they get grades sorted out.

Every team gets spurned to an extent. Georgia has been doing it the best lately it seems, but Ed O like many fills his class in December and then shoots for the studs at the end. I don't mind that approach if gaps are filled. Hell maybe he does have it figured out but it's not an easy business that he's still top 5 in.

There may be a Justin Jefferson situation out there as well. I think the 2020 season is crucial. If we have a solid season after losing the players and coaches we’ve lost, it will prove to everyone that this season was no fluke offensively and O will really get the respect he’s yet to completely get.
