Are you concerned about LSU's staff from a recruiting standpoint?

This thread is not some veiled attempt at criticizing or a sarcastic backhanded attempt to question O's ability to run the program. I'm asking an honest question to get quality perspective.
With that said, now that Orgeron has filled out the staff with the hiring of Linehan, how does everyone feel about the staff as a whole moving forward from a recruiting perspective? We all know that recruiting is the lifeblood of any elite program; but do we have the staff in place to continue that momentum going. Here is my amateur breakdown of the staff in tiers:
Tier 1
O - Obviously recruiting starts and ends with him as he knows how to emphasize it and has a tremendous track record; but as head coach he is somewhat limited in his amount of time and ability to fully recruit all prospects.
Raymond - Probably the ace recruiter of the staff; however, he does primarily focus on just his position, but does a great job at it.
Busch - Another solid recruiter and possibly just behind Raymond.
Joseph - Is developing into a nice recruiter and brings the critical NOLA connections; but has been unable to repair the bridge with Warren Easton H.S. Additionally, how much recruiting outside of the NOLA area has he been responsible for? Maybe he is borderline and belongs in tier 2.
Tier 2
Robinson - Came to LSU with a lot of recruiting accolades, but has seemed to just be meh to solid; but not many, if any, splash signings.
Cregg - He seems to be improving; so he may turn out to be better and bump to tier 1, but right now he just seems to be solid, but not great.
Ensminger - I only place him here because people have said that he is actually a really good recruiter; however, as the OC, his ability to recruit is limited by time and therefore has a very narrowed scope in his assignments.
Tier 3
McMahon - While some may argue that he has brought in some good specialists (which I don't disagree with), I still put him in tier 3, because again, as a coordinator, his recruiting focus and assignments have appeared to be very narrowed in scope.
Bill Johnson - Older guy and primarily from the NFL. I'll grant that he has been here for less than a year; so maybe he ends up being good, but right now I'm not sure I see it.
Pelini - Has been documented by many that he wasn't a great recruiter his first time here; so it is unlikely that he will be any better or excited to do it this go-round.
Linehan - Not expecting much from a recruiting standpoint. Older guy and primarily NFL background. Maybe we'll be pleasantly shocked, but wouldn't count on it.
So in total, counting Orgeron, we have 4 (maybe) tier 1, 3 tier 2, and 4 tier 3 recruiters. Is that a good mix and quality enough to stay at the top of recruiting or is O doing a disservice to the program by not emphasizing enough on getting some younger ace recruiters on staff?
I admit that I'm a bit of casual follower of recruiting in that I often follow the board to gain news and information, but will post occasionally (more so on basketball); so I'm putting this question to those of you who are more hardcore about following it and maybe understand what is needed to be good recruiters.

Not concerned. In full disclosure, I didn’t read all of that.

Understandable. I get that it is very long; but I was trying to make it as substantive as possible in order to give some level of reasoning as to why I placed the coaches where I did with respect to recruiting ability.

But the point of the thread is to get your reasoning of why you aren't concerned, when nearly half of the staff or more are either unproven with no reason to believe they will be good, or have proven to not be that great at it.

yes, unless we hit the retirement homes

We've always relied on 4-5 guys handling the bulk of recruiting so it's really no change. Think we will be fine. Do think we request a waiver for one of the D analysts to recruit for Johnson.
QB-E and Linehan(C+/C)
RB-Robinson with area recruit help(B-)
WR-Joseph(B)
TE-likely E and Joseph(B-)
OL- Cregg(B and rising)
DL-O and ? Huge how we handle Johnson since O is limited(B+ with just O)
LB-assuming Busch and Pelini(B)
CB-Raymond(A+)
S-Busch and Raymond(A+)
ST-McMahon(A+)

The staff has put together back to back monster recruiting classes. There is too much emphasis on identifying weak spots. What it comes down to is how do they compare to BAMA, Clemson, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Penn State, Ohio State, and possibly Michigan, Oregon and Notre Dame. I would bet none of the others have a better recruiting group, and likely most of their staffs would break down in similar tier groups.

Your actual coaching staff does about 5% of the actual recruiting nowadays. It’s almost completely handled by shadow staff, GAs, front office workers, and recruiting specialists. So I don’t think it matters that much.

But only certain people are allowed to in home visits and actual continued contact right?

We'll be fine as long as we get 5 -6 stud OL next year and a couple stud ILB, and a sprinkle of other elite players we'll be fine.

Not at all concerned. The new staff is an enhancement
We will have another great recruiting year and another playoff appearance soon enough.
Might get Caleb W or Garrett or both.

Am I mistaken or did he get Emery Last year?

He did but that doesn’t fit the OPs narrative

You got wayyyy too much time on your hands.

I actually understand your logic. However, Aranda never came off as a great recruiter either. And NFL ties “may” mean something to some kids. I would have liked us to have gotten Frank Wilson or someone like that to help in some capacity though.

Robinson has landed multiple 4 stars and been close on others in his territory Alabama. Peter Perrish and Eric Taylor first I can think of.
