Yep, it does feel like Charlie Brown, Lucy, and that football.

But, who knows?

That’s my argument exactly, he(Arch) does not want to compete w/ Howard who’s the real deal, not because he’s scared, he and Walker are friends and Walker is recruiting hard for us. Arch will go where he is going to be the Starter from the get go and also Nuss will have something to say about it, he will probably be a RSSOPH and he & Walker are our future QBs.

The Mannings will let Arch make his own decision. He just witnessed the greatest season in LSU history during his formative years. I think we have a real chance, with the closeness to home and family being a nice trade off for the family allegiance to ole miss. Also Archie and Coach O are still pretty close dating back to his ole miss days. Biggest hurdle for LSU is he would have serious competition to start here and i think that will be the deal breaker. i wouldnt be suprised to see him play at texas or somewhere in the big 12. He will be looking for a place to start for 3+ years and everything else in place to have a good team, not to mention he could escape the shadow of the other Mannings.

I don’t like when people say “no way he goes to LSU” as if they have a crystal ball. I’ll just say when this guy commits to not-LSU, I will not be surprised at all. This is the only recruit I can remember where I have 0% confidence that he picks the good guys.

For the love of God, can people stop turning everyone of the threads on this kid into some variation of "A Manning will never come here!". You're not original, the point has been made before, and it adds nothing.

Truth hurts eh

I just don't see why anyone thinks Arch Manning is the next coming of Joe Burrow. He's not. He is very talented and has been taught at the highest level. But teams that compete or win national championships typically have QBs with a grit, a toughness, and ability to make plays with their legs. I see Arch, like Peyton and Eli, more suited to championships at the pro level.

He moves very well, much better than his uncles. His dad was the fastest Manning and his mom was an All-State volleyball player and All-State in track, hurdles and high jump. He can move.

You've not watched Arch play a down have you! That's not a question.
