I'm friends w/ Jr & his family, and I'll be at his announcement party Monday evening, so I can report live from there. It's definitely between Auburn & LSU. Auburn has been his favorite all along, but he might feel obligated to go to LSU.

And as a die hard LSU Tiger fan, I would hate for the kid to pick here because he feels obligated to. He should go to which ever opportunity is best for him. I hate to say it, but I think his skills are tailor made for Auburn's offense. It would suck to play against him once a year, but that is the truth. Now if LSU gets Thompson from Landry-Walker at QB, then I think Narcisse to Auburn is a moot point.

I recently saw a photo of Lowell playing video games with Ryan Perrilloux decked out in LSU gear. That should be somewhat positive news.

If he is not picking LSU, I doubt people on this board are going to watch it.

The thing is, no one knows for certain WHO he's going to pick. I'm very close w/ his family, and they don't even know. It's 50-50 right now btw LSU & Auburn.

Why not delay the announcement and take more time to figure it out? Is he just ready to end the recruiting process?

I tend to agree with this. If he's really still 50-50 between LSU and Auburn, then he probably should delay his announcement to make sure he's making the best decision for himself. He has a year and seven months before NSD 2017 anyway, it's not like he doesn't have time to figure it all out.

honestly, that amazes me.
I would never do something like that without at least telling my parent. I have a feeling he knows, but his family may be forcing him to take some time.
Oh well. Let's sit back and watch.

Really doesn't matter who he announces to. I can guarantee you that either school will still be recruiting vigorously over the next year. He is a 2017 guy so I his will be long from over. He may stick but his recruitment isn't over and he will not be shutting it down.
This time next year he will be back on LSU campus for camps and visits. I am wiling to bet money on this.
