He will play offense, return punts and KO and play a Mathieu role on defense this year. He will be ready for cb when we need him, or fs for that matter. Can you imagine him and the two Kevin's in two years. Awesome db,s. My brain says low chance, but my gut says we get him. Hope my gut is right.

quote:AJ has the potential to be a legendary player in his own right, and maybe even better than Mathieu, but I don't get why he is getting all of the TM comparisons. They are not the same type of players. TM played CB with a DL or LB mentality. That type of CB only comes along every couple of decades. AJ could be a once every couple of decades type as well, but again, he is not the same type of player that TM is. Interceptions I can see, but don't expect him to be the type of guy that is going to manhandle a guy twice his size and rip the ball from him like TM.
Adoree == Tyrann v2.0?
If he comes here, we may never hear AJ's name, and that is just fine with me! That means he is doing exactly what is supposed to be doing-shutting his side of the field down!
PLEASE COME HERE, AJ!!!

Adoree has gotten a lot of visits since his visit and his parents went to our bowl game ( dad is an Iowa alum)
I am telling you all he's a wild card that we could very well snag. But he's not a lean or a silent to any school.

Well, Cam, Cory and I think Chavis are visiting tonight, hopefully to seal the deal.

Got it, thanks. Thought I had missed something in the '14 class.

I get your points. TM7 was special-SPECIAL.
I was just saying that Adoree could immediately be that rover ball hawk role. He looks like he'd be great in a CB or safety role (as was the same with Tyrann), and probably excel with the freedom a nickel rover role would provide.

Better cover guy than TM7
Adroree has excellent ball skill too, but TM7 was the most instinctive ball hawk I have ever seen in college football. I see parallels in the special teams game. We really could use Adoree for so many reasons but he is going to make a business decision and if it's based on that, well you know who and you know what.

If he wants to play against the best, it has to be the sec, and where better than Lsu.

Under sized, great returner, and scrappy. I don't think Adoree has the ball skills of TM7 YET, but his coverage skills are much higher than TM7s out of high school.

Cory is going with Miles to see Valentine tonight. They (Cam and whoever is going with him) will be visiting Adoree either tom or Friday.

Not sure it's been said or not, but LSU is the only school Adoree has OFFICIALLY visited of the remaining teams left.
And whatever you hear from here on out from insiders is them either trying to sell subscriptions or opinion.
This dude lost over 1,000 followers just from last night. UT fans mad

I'm not talking about anyone specifically in this thread, but people honestly do forget about this..
once RR realized the refs were going to allow WRs and DBs play physical on the outside, our guys really shut them down.. RR and TW are going to be very good pro prospects before they leave and younger DBs should take notice of how LSU produces NFL talent

They sending Cam in to recruit him to WR? Take Noil's spot as a return man/slot WR? I know LSU wasn't selling that to him earlier, I wonder if they selling it on him now.
return/slot wr/CB
Might be what they're trying to sell now. I'll take it.
