There will be some attrition I would assume. Does the board think we hear about any coaching hires if a vacancy does occur new hires before the next signing day?
Also he hasn’t been linked to any other hires and the bowl season is winding down. Just curious on the boards thoughts.

I would imagine other staffs have reached out and tried to get him on staff. The fact that he is still out there leads me to believe he is coming back to the good guys.

As in every year that all of us have ever been fans...it will be announced after national signing day. Until then, stop asking.

Usually this is the case, yes. The reason for it is two fold:

1- not have players you are recruiting have the coach that has been recruiting them leave.

2- have more available time for Orgeron to recruit, if another coach does leave.

With Frank Wilson though, it might be different. I'm not sure those two above reasons would apply as much. You WANT Frank Wilson out there recruiting for you. Waiting till after NSD seems counter productive.

The longer the better for LSU, but there will be a ton of movement after signing day as contracts tend to end in March

My guess is they would move McMahon to analyst.

Francine, Lighten up.

There is a recruiting board and a coaching changes board for early speculation. What’s your problem?

Why does someone have to get fired?

Virtually every coaching staff in America has some natural attrition. Coaches are always looking to move up and get more responsibility and money.

Position coaches to coordinator. Move up to NFL. Move closer to home, etc.

For one, Robinson has supposedly been looking at NFL jobs the past couple seasons. Perhaps he lands one this year.

Leave McMahon alone, he is doing a great job.

Robinson is going to the league. That’s the rumor.
