obviously at that age he is far better than most because he's matured faster. If he continues to progress he will be very good.
Lots of running, long toss, and controlled amount of pitching should be on this kids agenda the next few years.
And to the poster above, Lake Chuck has put out quite a bit of pitching talent. Jacob Marceaux at age 12 was cranking upper 80's. Of course he went in Round One of the MLB Draft

i went to HS with 2 guys that threw that hard at that age...actually 3...
all were drafted in the top 10 rounds of the MLB draft at one point.
where is this kid going to HS?
assuming he enters HS in 8th or 9th grade, and its a good program, they are going to want him to throw. You should limit him, yes, but if you straight up keep him from pitching, he wont develop either. There's a fine line.
