Yes. They are almost identical in size, both project as CB and both are explosive in the return game.

Paris wants to play corner. The staff recruited him as a corner. Why do I keep seeing "safety" on this board?
People saying this have forgotten about Patrick Peterson. And they should shut up. This young man has made his wishes known. The LSU coaches don't need some know it all on a message board spewing lies.

if Paris is a corner, then that could be good news for us from a recruiting standpoint. There are a top of good safety prospects in texas to go along with Hootie. not very many top corners left in texas. it would seem to be easier to get another safety if Hootie is the only other safety. if both Hootie and Paris are safetys, then I don't see us getting another high quality safety (other than voorhies). ex. don't think simmons will come here to compete with Paris and Hootie.
