Let’s see who shows up to campus. I’d like to continue building via high school recruits and supplement with the portal. Milam, Brown, Anderson, Frey and Larson are a good start. I hope this freshman class can produce some quality guys as well. What killed us this year was the sophomore class not developing (Kling and Neal) as expected. We can’t have that happen again. If they’d been playing as expected, this season would’ve been a lot different.

None. But I won’t brag about being number 1 in ratings that are significantly flawed.

If you build from the portal it’s going to implode. It’s a recipe for disaster! Were the Ole Miss football of college baseball.

I wouldn’t say stupid site. Stupid ranking system maybe but the site as far as following portal players and current players is better than D1 baseball. They also have plenty stats compiled into their database.

Problem is recruiting in baseball is a whole lot different than football. In football your elite recruits have to come for at least a few years.

In baseball LSU gets gutted every year by the MLB because they recruit “too well” because the elite recruits never step foot on campus and then LSU is left with just a pretty good class.
