We should pass on him for that alone.

Im all in on the first s.o.b that signs. Im serious! We just need a qb on the roster at this point. Then maybe we would all settle down and enjoy the rest of the haul.

The difference now is classes are starting this week and the visit time to made a decision is getting short.
I haven’t heard that he has made another visit. Current USC QB had the no.1 QB rating in NCAA so Husan had to make a move.

The big question is the LSU fan base patient enough for youthful potential. Typically, that is yes until we lose some games due to youthful mistakes. I’d like to get Leavitt for one year and Husan for succession.

Putting youth in as starter in SEC if they aren’t ready has ruined many careers.

In the end, I trust Lane and Charlie with that call.

The dude seems to have left for immediate playing time. We aren’t going to get 2 top 6 QBs in 1 cycle

Agreed. Hes moving to start, not be a backup for another year.

He’s from California so willing to overlook it.

He definitely wasn't starting at USC.

Who else are his options? Baylor? I'm not sure about Miami. Interested if the Oregon QB returns.

I’m sitting here with no pressure to win now, no 91 million and no ego. He left USCw because he wants to play now. I’d take him for much cheaper and pray like hell I can get his mind right, get the playbook down and teach him everything I know about reading defenses. Roll the season with him and hope he makes constant progress. He is a redshirt so he’s been working on game and Lincoln Riley is pretty damn good with evaluating QBs. LK and CW can scheme around some of his weaknesses. With he can run the ball and he can spin the rock with authority. F it, push your chips in and roll. Wish he was about 6’4” but that’s nit picking something you can’t change.

I know every player is season to season now, but I’d love to have a guy with a chance at playing multiple seasons for Lane. We saw what he did with Dart.
