Texas A&M, which has had a very good season, lost Husan Longstreet to USC, which has had a bad season. Shows you how much some of these recruits care about wins and losses.

Because these recruits want to come in and be the guys that turn things around.

SoCal kid that needs a year of development. He’s a very logical fit for Riley and Southern Cal vs. Lewis who probably wants to start Day 1.

He doesn't have a path to start for several years with Reed

Exactly and that’s who you want on your team anyway. Kids who believe in themselves and already believe in LSU. Bryce Underwood is a real winner and a real dude. I don’t believe for one second that he doesn’t believe he can come in here and do exactly what JD just did. Seasons are different and you learn things from one to the next. We have been very bad in 2009 to undefeated and unbelievably good 2 years later people.

We have a defensive structure we can build on now. We are just getting it together this season. With that LSU will be extremely tough to beat no matter what type of offense we have and I truly believe Brian Kelly knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s not perfect but he sees what we do and I believe he will do whatever he needs to do to change it and he will put it altogether in the next 2-3 years and possibly have something consistent to field for 2-3 years in a row.

A lot of fans are emotional and angry rn but you’re absolutely right. BK HAS frustrated the hell out of me at times with some of his hire but rn esp on the defensive side of the ball I truly think we have the staff in place. However, we are at a severe talent deficit at cb, lb and safety, prob at DL Too . But the 2025 class is bringing in a much needed infusion of talent . Those guys are alphas who believe they will come in here and get lsu back to where it once was. Ppl don’t realize losses unless you are a flat out mess like FSU don’t scare recruits off. Those guys prob believe they can walk in day 1 and make an immediate impact
