I believe Grimes was hired to bolster OL recruiting and improve OL coaching.
There are two weekends left for visits, so he'll have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to convince Prince to visit. But maybe Grimes can at least secure Kelly for this season, then be in position to bring in a great group of OL recruits in 2015.
