Watching recruiting nation and while it's a long shot Ed Oliver said if someone can woo him and the school is a fit it's possible he may flip. Also said an official is coming up with LSU. The biggest problem is the coach at Houston

It's possible. Jordan Scarlett committed to Florida Atlantic before flipping to Florida for example. Really, it comes down to if he's dead set on the personal connections swaying him or if he's interested in an experience that will better prepare him for a possible NFL career. The fact that he left the door open leads me to believe he may flip. If he wanted to live out the perks of the process, wouldn't he remain uncommitted and then pick Houston on signing day? Like Robert Nkemdiche, although Ole Miss is clearly a few notches above Houston.

What's the latest with that other big time Houston commit? Didn't he decommit?

Yea Jordan Elliot decommitted and his recruitment is all over the place. He was a Baylor commit at one time too.

I have no doubt the woo'g is still going on and will continue. Especially with R Lawrence not really giving any indication publicly.
Was hoping to open this and find that he had de-committed.
What you indicated I had assumed, he is open to a change but it won't be on a whim. Would have to be for a reason. But this puts it more into the "information realm" instead of just an assumption, so thanks.

Yeah, Elliot de-committed, Longhorns and Aggies are making a push for him.
Ed Oliver already knows LSU is a great fit with the culture, food, atmosphere, and style of football they play. Honestly think he just wants to represent H-town and that's the main reason he committed to U of H.
If he makes an OV to LSU I believe things will get very interesting.

If UH has a good season, their coach might take a better job.

Just so you guys know it's Corby Meekins, the TE coach as to why Oliver committed to Houston, not necessarily Herman.
If Herman did leave, any new coach would be crazy to let Meekins go

This guy is an absolute star! Isn't he the guy that had the LSU tape on his helmet?

I think he dropped a hint he's telling LSU to Woo him and he'll flip

The biggest thing out of the show was that the ESPN 300 kids that went to non power 5 went undrafted. Hey Ed....

His brother plays football for UH, too.
Oh, and Meekins' brother is the new coach at Westfield, and he has the reputation of 'forgetting' to tell Oliver when schools come by or call.
UH has this one wired pretty tight....

Sounds like they have his best interest at heart...

Long way til signing day. Only thing that spooks me about LSU signing him is all the other big time guys that will play his position at LSU that we will sign. He may want to be at LSU but go to Houston just because we have too many guys
