I absolutely disagree. LSU needs DB, OL, and WR more than multiple TE this year. I think LSU needs to back off of the multiple RB and/or TE this cycle.
You are going to work in most 5* that might want into the class, but it is not wise to distort the roster so much that you become vulnerable to injuries due to lack of depth. I currently project LSU to have 12 OL, 3 TE, 6 CB and 3 safeties in 2021. We definitely need 3 safeties and a couple CB in this class. Maybe 4 OL. Obviously, I reached on some of these players, but I don't think it is an unreasonable reach. LSU needs a SDE as well since I am projecting 4 of 5 SDE in 2021 to be Seniors, but I did not get one in this list:-(

Definitely has edge rusher potential. His ball skills make you think offense but he could also develop into a twitchy rush End who could be a terror at batting balls and pressuring the pocket

My projection looks eerily similar to what you’ve posted. Only differences being I have us taking either Davis or Collier at S over Gilbert if they want in. I love Gilbert but think we have to take one of those guys if they wanna come.

With recent smoke and an upcoming commitment announcement for Wiggins, we take him over Johnson at CB if he pops for us...

& of course we save a spot for Foreman if he wants in, which may bump Hundley out...not holding my breath on Langston but I think he’s a factor in this same conversation

I'm just saying...Bryce Langston said "I've made my decision" after LSU released the rings and he was re-tweeting about them alot.

I would take Langston if he wants in and deal with the numbers later if we need to.
