ETA:Looks like he’ll be making his commitment Friday. Things looking good for the Tigers here.

Apparently, Ondre tore it up at camp yesterday and was viewed as the top CB in attendance. Idk that I’ve seen a wider gap between rankings from two services though. On3 has him as a top 100 overall player but 247 has him the 47th CB and unranked overall. If Kelly pulled him aside personally and he looked that good in camp, I’m inclined to lean more towards the on3 opinion of him.

Thanks Cap. What's your read on this one? I get that different evaluators can have different reads on a kid's ceiling and all that but to have a disparity like top 100 vs not ranked makes it seem like they aren't even watching the same kid.

Billy and Shea had HUGE respect for this kid. I trust them. He also has offers from the elite schools by actually going and camping at those schools. Physical talent is way up there too.

At this point, Shea and Billy are both super confident and he's been fong'd to LSU. It would be a huge stunner if he doesn't pick LSU.
